A welcome visit

We were so excited to have a visit from our dear friends the Carlson's from Washington. Christie was one of Jameson and Gregson's babysitters. She was absolutely amazing. Their little girl Callie was one of Jameson's best friends and he has missed her desperately since moving. They talk on the phone occasionally, but it is not the same as seeing her. We were thrilled that they made it a priority to stop by and see us while they were here visiting family over the 4th of July. Ashlyn wanted to hit In n' Out burger since the California phenomenon has not made its way up to Washington. My favorite memory not caught on camera was Jameson and Callie walking hand in hand through the parking lot to get their burgers.

We spent the day at the Highland City park where there is a water park. The kids had so much fun and could have kept going for hours. We truly feel so blessed to have such wonderful friends and can't wait until we live back in Washington with them. We miss the Salmon fishing, shrimping and crabbing on Todd's boat. We miss trips to casino buffets for crab legs. We miss play dates at eachother's houses, and most of all we just miss them! Thanks Carlsons! Sorry we missed Dallin who was at EFY.
